Diversity training programme rolled out – 17/10/12


Diversity training will be completed by all Henry Boot Construction staff members by 2013, as part of next phase of our Investors in Diversity accreditation.

Following our accreditation to Stage One of the scheme last October, a strategy was drawn up to take us on to full accreditation under the nationally recognised scheme.

A number of other measures are being implemented to satisfy the criteria and formally record our commitment to diversity as a leading construction company in the Yorkshire region.

These include revised policies, amended recruitment procedures and a top-level commitment from senior management to implement equality and diversity measures proposed by the in-house ‘Investors in Diversity Working Party’.
