Two-storey extensions project begins in Chorlton – 13/02/12
Henry Boot Construction’s Western Division has just started work on a project to provide two-storey extensions to properties in the Chorlton area of Manchester.
Thirty-one maisonette blocks incorporating sixty-two individual homes on the Arrowfield Estate will receive new rear balconies in a project for Southway Housing Trust, a not-for-profit company that owns nearly 6000 properties in the area.
The 26-week scheme is the latest in a number of social housing projects secured by the Western Division, who are looking to build their relationship with Southway during 2012.
“We are looking forward to working closely with the residents of the Arrowfield Estate and helping to deliver improvements for the local community.”
Tony Lynch, Senior Project Manager, Henry Boot Construction
