Arrowfield balconies almost complete – 13/12/12

Henry Boot Construction’s Western Division is nearing completion on a project to provide two-storey extensions to properties in the Chorlton area of Manchester.

Thirty-one maisonette blocks incorporating sixty-two individual homes on the Arrowfield Estate received new rear balconies in a project for Southway Housing Trust, a not-for-profit company that owns nearly 6000 properties in the area.

The 26-week scheme is one of a number of social housing projects for our valued repeat-business client, including insulation upgrades and structural repairs in other areas of South Manchester.

Henry Boot Construction has a long history of social housing refurbishment projects, in both Eastern and Western divisions – for information on more projects click here.

“The new balconies look great and really boost the appearance of the local area. We are just finalising works on the front entrances and look forward to working with Southway again soon.”
