Eastlands Homes Boundary Walls Phase 1 complete – 22/11/11

Eastlands Boundary Walls

Henry Boot Construction’s Western Division has just completed the first phase of a boundary wall improvements programme, delivering upgrades to over 300 properties in the East Manchester area.

The project, for the Eastlands Homes Partnership, has an overall contract period of 60 weeks and features the external upgrade of the boundary walls, fences and gates to properties in the Beswick and Openshawe areas of the city.

The project team has been closely involved with the community during the works, and recently donated labour and materials to help improve access to the Grange Road Community Centre nearby.

Henry Boot Construction is also working on a 4-year low rise Decent Homes scheme for the client, and has just been awarded the external refurbishment of three high-rise blocks under a separate contract.

“Western Division has successfully delivered another vital community improvement project for the Eastlands Homes Partnership in East Manchester – we look forward to the next phase of the project and getting further involved with local groups.”
