Six team members from a St Leger Homes of Doncaster decent homes site have undertaken training to become FENSA registered installers today.

Site Manager Rob Barkworth and his Foreman Mark Pedelty identified the need for more experience due to the type and nature of works being undertaken at their new site in Intake, Doncaster.

Rob, Mark and four Henry Boot Construction directly employed joiners took part in the York training course with a view to offering an assured service to the client.

Henry Boot’s training department were happy to oblige because workforce development is a key part of the company’s ethos, backed up by their Investor’s in People status.

“After receiving the request from site, we were only too pleased to arrange the training for Rob and his team.
“Being able to offer courses like this adds to the overall resource at Henry Boot, as well as developing the individuals and offering an enhanced service to the client.”

Adeana Raper, Training Advisor, Henry Boot Construction
