Henry Boot Construction has been voted top for Corporate and Social Responsibility in South Yorkshire, at a recent awards ceremony in Sheffield.

The company were proud to receive this prestigious award at the CIOB Celebrating Construction in South Yorkshire Awards, held at the City Hall on 8th October.

The award celebrates Henry Boot Construction’s commitment to bringing positive lasting change to the communities they work in, and applauds their support of local schemes – last year alone over £57,000 was given to charities and projects in the South Yorkshire area.

Over 380 industry professionals attended this lavish awards ceremony, celebrating the high quality work achieved by the region’s construction companies in the last 12 months. The night demonstrated what can be achieved through strong partnerships, a clear vision and delivery through local supply chains.

The Celebrating Construction in South Yorkshire Awards have become the largest and most successful CIOB event held outside of London, and featured awards for innovation, environmental achievements, sustainability and health and safety. A raffle raised over £3100 for Sheffield Children's Hospital.
